תניא כוותיה דר' חייא בר אבא הרי זה קנה תחתיהן וביניהן וחוצה להן כמלוא אורה וסלו
Does not R. Akiba [in fact] agree that in [the case of] a tree [whose boughs] hang over the field of one's neighbour, [the latter] may cut off [the overhanging branches to such a height as will allow the] full [passage of the] handle that protrudes over the plough!<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Ibid. 27b.
