ולמאן דדייק מברייתא קשיא דרב זביד דאוקימנא דא"ל למקפה הא לא א"ל למקפה מקבל

had to be explained [to refer to the case] where he said to him, 'for a dish', because there was a contradiction between 'this', [in the last clause of the Baraitha of R. Zebid,] and 'this', [in the second clause of the other Baraitha];<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' V. p. 396. n. 7-8. ');"><sup>17</sup></span> [but in the case of the first clauses,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Where the seller says. 'I sell you a cellar of wine'. ');"><sup>18</sup></span>
