א"ר יהודה אמר רב כל המתגאה בטלית של ת"ח ואינו ת"ח אין מכניסין אותו במחיצתו של הקב"ה כתיב הכא ולא ינוה וכתיב התם (שמות טו, יג) אל נוה קדשך
