לא סלקא דעתך דקתני רישא זה מדרש דרש ר' אלעזר בן עזריה לפני חכמים בכרם ביבנה הבנים יירשו והבנות יזונו מה הבנים אינן יורשין אלא לאחר מיתת אביהם אף בנות לא יזונו אלא לאחר מיתת אביהן
