אשתו ארוסה ואשתו גרושה במתנה
It is obvious [that if a father assigned all his property to] his son or [to] a stranger, the stranger [is to receive it] as a gift,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' For, had the testator merely meant him to be administrator, he would have stated the fact explicitly.
