אמר עולא לא קשיא כאן בבנו כאן באחר הואיל ודעתו של אדם קרובה אצל בנו:

This proves that even attached fruit does not belong to him to whom the soil belongs but to the heirs. In the case, then, of our Mishnah also, attached fruit should belong to all the heirs.
