ומי אמר רב נחמן הכי והא אמר רב נחמן אע"ג דאמר שמואל המוכר שטר חוב לחבירו וחזר ומחלו מחול ואפילו יורש מוחל מודה שמואל שאם נתנו במתנת שכיב מרע דאינו יכול למוחלו
