אמר נכסי לפלניא עבדא איקרי נכסי דתנן הכותב כל נכסיו לעבדו יצא בן חורין ארעא איקרי נכסי דתנן נכסים שיש להן אחריות נקנין בכסף ובשטר ובחזקה גלימא איקרי נכסי דתנן ושאין להן אחריות אין נקנין אלא במשיכה
