לא נחלקו אלא בשטר מאוחר בעלמא

They are in disagreement only in [the case of] an ordinary Postdated deed,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The date of which is that of a working day and dies not, consequently, prove that the deed was postdated. ');">¹</span> [in] which [case] R. Judah follows his own view, according to which<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lit., 'who said'. ');">²</span>
