אמר ליה אביי ודלמא אבא שאול כרבי אליעזר סבירא ליה דאמר עדי מסירה כרתי אבל הכא ליחוש לנפילה
'from you' must mean from that person who produced [the bond].<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lit., 'from under whose hand it goes out'. Since the bond is produced by a certain person in the presence of the court that person should be assumed to be the creditor.
