ורב מאי קמ"ל מחאה שלא בפניו הויא מחאה והא אמרה רב חדא זימנא אלא הא קמ"ל דאפילו מיחה בפני ב' שאין יכולין לומר לו הויא מחאה
[According to Samuel then,] what did Rab mean to teach us in this ruling?
