ת"ש האומר תנו מנה לעניי עירי אין דנין בדייני אותה העיר ואין מביאין ראיה מאנשי אותה העיר ותסברא עניים שקלי דייני מיפסלי אלא אימא אין דנין בדייני עניי אותה העיר ואין מביאין ראיה מעניי אותה העיר ואמאי לסתלקו בי תרי נפשייהו ולידיינו
