ואיכא דאמרי אמר רב חסדא א"ר יונתן מניין לשנויי שאינו קונה שנאמר והשיב את הגזילה מ"מ והא כתיב אשר גזל ההוא מיבעי ליה על גזילו שלו מוסיף חומש ואין מוסיף חומש על גזל אביו:
