אמר רב חסדא א"ר יונתן מניין לשנוי שהוא קונה שנאמר (ויקרא ה, כג) והשיב את הגזלה מה ת"ל אשר גזל אם כעין שגזל יחזיר ואם לאו דמים בעלמא בעי שלומי
