גנב ומכר ובא אחר וגנבו הראשון משלם תשלומי ארבעה וחמשה והשני משלם תשלומי כפל גנב וטבח ובא אחר וגנבו הראשון משלם תשלומי ד' וה' והשני אינו משלם תשלומי כפל אלא קרן בלבד
