אלא מדכתב רחמנא לא יומתו אבות על בנים דמשמע לא יומתו על פי אבות שאין לו חייס בנים שמע מינה עבד שאין לו חייס לא למעלה ולא למטה הוא דפסול לעדות אבל גר כיון דיש לו חייס למטה כשר לעדות
