והרי היא תחתיו ומשמשתו ונמצאו זוממין אין אומרים ישלמו כל כתובתה אלא טובת הנאת כתובתה איזהו טובת הנאת כתובתה אומדין כמה אדם רוצה ליתן בכתובה של זו שאם נתארמלה או נתגרשה ואם מתה יירשנה בעלה
