ולא היא התם איניש אלימא הוה אי הויא מטיא אדרכתא לידיה לא הוה אפשר לאפוקי מיניה אבל הכא לא נטרינן ליה אלא עד דאזיל שליחא בתלתא בשבתא ואתא בארבעה בשבתא ולחמשא בשבתא קאי בדיניה
