ואי בעית אימא דכ"ע אית להו דר' יצחק ולא קשיא הא דמני ורמא ליה בכיסיה והא דמני ורמא לידיה

was stolen from the actual possession of the proprietor, there is no difference of opinion between them<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' V. p. 708, n. 10.
