אמר רב זביד משמיה דרבא בשומר שגנב מרשות בעלים כ"ע לא פליגי כדרב חסדא והכא בשומר שגנב מרשותו שיחזיר למקום שגנב קמיפלגי ר"ע סבר כלתה לו שמירתו ור' ישמעאל סבר לא כלתה לו שמירתו
