רב פפא משמיה דרבא מתני לה ארישא הנכנס לחנותו של נגר שלא ברשות ונתזה לו בקעת וטפחה לו על פניו ומת פטור אמר רבי יוסי בר חנינא חייב בארבעה דברים ופטור מגלות
