ורב נמי הא קתני אדם בסיפא אמר לך רב ההוא למחשביה בהדי מועדין הוא דאתא

But why then was Man omitted in the opening Mishnah? — [In that Mishnah] damage done by one's possessions is dealt with, but not that done by one's person.
