נשבעין עליהן או אין נשבעין עליהן כמאן דשדיין בכדא דמיין ונשבעין עליהן או דלמא בטלינהו אגב ארעא ואין נשבעין עליהן

[But] what are the circumstances? Shall we say that he declared, 'I cast six [measures] therein'; and then witnesses came and testified that he sowed five only?
