מכאן אמרו המוכר שטרותיו לבשם יש להם אונאה פשיטא לאפוקי מדרב כהנא דאמר אין אונאה לפרוטות קמ"ל יש אונאה לפרוטות הקדשות אמר קרא (ויקרא כה, כה) אחיו אחיו ולא הקדש
— this applies to that which is '<i>acquired'</i> [by being passed] from hand to hand, thus excluding land, which is not movable;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' And therefore incapable of being passed from hand to hand.
