R. Nahman said: One may contract for gleanings at the price of gleanings.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Though a contract may not be made until the prices are equalised, that is only if the vendor may supply gleanings or ordinary stock; but if the vendor is a gleaner, supplying only gleanings, the transaction is permitted.
