ואלו עוברין אמר אביי מלוה עובר בכולן לוה עובר משום (דברים כג, כ) לא תשיך לאחיך (דברים כג, כא) ולאחיך לא תשיך ולפני עור לא תתן מכשול ערב והעדים אין עוברין אלא משום לא תשימון עליו נשך
