אשכחן אדם במחובר ושור בתלוש אדם בתלוש מנל

Had he stated 'until etc.', I would think that it means until the shedding of their blossom is complete; therefore we are taught, by stating 'as soon as' etc., that it means as soon as the shedding commences.
