אביי סבר לה כר' יאשיה ומתרץ לקראי כר' יאשיה בעליו אין עמו שלם ישלם טעמא דליתיה בתרוייהו הא איתיה בחדא וליתיה בחדא פטור
[Thus:] 'Abaye, holding with R.
