R. Assi said: If it [the lease] entered one day into winter, he cannot evict him from the Festival until Passover.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' This was assumed to mean, if the year expired even one day in winter, he cannot be evicted the whole winter, irrespective of any notice given.
