אלא אמר רב נחמן אמר שמואל תקנות קבועות שנו כאן שבועה דבעל הבית היא ועקרוה רבנן לשבועה דבעל הבית ושדיוה אשכיר משום כדי חייו דשכיר ומשום כדי חייו דשכיר מפסדנא ליה לבעל הבית
