ומחזיר את הכר בלילה ואת המחרישה ביום ואם מת אינו מחזיר ליורשיו רשב"ג אומר אף לעצמו אינו מחזיר אלא עד שלשים יום ומשלשים יום ולהלן מוכרן בב"ד:
