אי הכי מתניתין דקתני אם יש בהן אחריות נכסים לא יחזיר ואוקימנא כשחייב מודה ומשום שמא כתב ללות בניסן ולא לוה עד תשרי ואתי למטרף לקוחות שלא כדין אמאי לא יחזיר
