אמרי התם משום דאית ליה רווחא דקא טריף לקוחות מניסן ועד תשרי מינח ניחא ליה ולא אמר ולא מידי הכא כיון דלית ליה רווחא דסוף סוף שטרא האידנא כתיב מאי איכא דקטריף לקוחות בשטר שנמחל שיעבודו לא שביק:
