א"ר אבין א"ר אלעא א"ר יוחנן היה חייב לחבירו שבועה ואמר נשבעתי והעדים מעידין אותו שלא נשבע (וחזר ואמר נשבעתי) הוחזק כפרן לאותה שבועה
