דאמרינן מאי איכא למימר דלמא כתבה מעיקרא להאי ואמליך ולא יהבה ניהליה והדר כתבה לאיניש אחרינא ויהביה ניהליה השתא קא הדר ביה מההוא דיהבה ניהליה
