שוכר באשם ושואל בחטאת כגון שנגנבה ואמרו מתה כדרכה שוכר הוא דמיחייב בגניבה ואבידה וקא פטר נפשיה במתה כדרכה באשם שואל דבין כך ובין כך חיובי מיחייב בחטאת
