אמר אביי לטעמיה דרב לא מבעיא שומר חנם שמסר לשומר שכר דעלויי עלייה לשמירתו אלא אפילו שומר שכר שמסר לשומר חנם דגרועי גרעה לשמירתו פטור מאי טעמא דהא מסרה לבן דעת
