תשיעי חולין

If he called the ninth the tenth and the tenth remained in the shed, the ninth is eaten [only] if it is blemished and the tenth is the tithe.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Consequently we see that although it did not pass under the rod, it becomes holy on its own account.');"><sup>17</sup></span>
