לא נחלקו אלא בחצר בעה"ב ורועה כהן

Will R'Akiba deny where two give [two animals] in charge of a shepherd, that the shepherd leaves [the living one] and departs?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Here surely R. Akiba cannot maintain that the claimant must produce the evidence. And similarly, R. Tarfon cannot maintain that where one gave an animal in charge of an owner, the living animal is divided.');">¹²</span>
