מאי לאו בהא קמיפלגי דמ"ד חולץ וחולצין לאשתו ומיבמים את אשתו לא אמרינן הואיל ואישתני אישתני ומ"ד חולצת ולא מתייבמת אמרינן הואיל ואישתני אישתני
