במאי עסקינן

and according to R'Eliezer he may slaughter it [on the festival] and need not cover the blood!<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Since he ignores the seed of the male parent the offspring in this case is entirely a goat and the law of covering up the blood does not apply to it.
