מה נפשך אי שרי לכולי עלמא שרי אי אסור לכולי עלמא אסור

but only if [the meat was] red, and only if [the blood] penetrated through the bread, and only if [the juice which exuded from the meat was] thick, but if it was thin then it does not matter.
