the first clause, clearly refers to the case of a bird, if you were say that it refers to consecrated birds, the Tanna ought to have stated: 'If one nipped'.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Thus proving that the first clause deals with unconsecrated birds.');"><sup>14</sup></span>
