השני שבחולין מטמא משקה חולין ופוסל אוכלי תרומה והשלישי מטמא משקה קדש ופוסל אוכלי קדש בחולין שנעשו על טהרת הקדש

It renders consecrated liquids unclean [in the first degree], and renders those who eat consecrated food unfit.
