אלא פשיטא דאיכא אחרינא בהדיה וקתני לאחד שעירב

Now, how is one to understand the circumstances? If there was no other tenant with him,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' With the tenant who prepared the 'erub.');">²³</span> with whom could he have joined in an 'erub?
