ואחד מן השוק שמת והניח רשותו לאחד מבני חצר מבעוד יום אינו אוסר משחשיכה אוסר

If one of the tenants of a courtyard<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Who joined in 'erub with his neighbours (cf.
