כי הא דאמר רב נחמן אמר שמואל גג הסמוך לרה"ר צריך סולם קבוע להתירו סולם קבוע אין סולם עראי לא מ"ט לאו משום דכיון דבתוך עשרה דהדדי קיימי אסרן אהדדי
