וכי מאחר דחזיא לדירה מאי קמיבעיא ליה אם תימצי לומר קאמר אם תימצי לומר אכסדרה לא חזיא לדירה חורבה חזיא לדירה או דילמא השתא מיהא לית בה דיורין תיקו
