הא ודאי איפכא תניא דקתני סיפא ומודה רבי יוסי באומר מעשר שיש לי בתוך ביתי יהא מחולל על סלע חדשה שתעלה בידי מן הכיס שחילל מדקאמר הכא שחילל מכלל דהתם לא חילל
