אלא הכא במאי עסקינן דלא אמר לבי תלתא א"ה עד שיאמר לשלשה מיבעי ליה

We presume, therefore, that if he said 'give' they [may tell others to write and] give.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' That is to say, if there were three of them, in which case the word 'give' constitutes them a Beth din to write and deliver the Get. ');">¹²</span>
